Shipping Information
Shipping/Transit Time 
All items will take between 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please allow an additional 2-week "grace period" for freight shipments. Most items ship via freight companies, which typically takes longer than the smaller UPS shipping items. We will not be able to provide any tracking information until at least 1 week has passed from order date. We contract with various shippers; therefore we will not be liable, offer credits or offer discounts on any order due to a delay in shipment. We ship only within the 48 contiguous US states (Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are not part of the contiguous 48 states) unless we are contacted in advance and the "additional" freight quote is offered and accepted by the customer. 
 
Delivery
 
All items ordered, unless otherwise noted, will be delivered to the customer's driveway. Delivery persons will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer's responsibility to take the goods from the end of truck into the home or office. Truck driver may or may not assist you in lowering the box from the rear of truck.  Minor assembly is also required by customers unless the optional shipping upgrade is purchased at the time of order. Upgrades to delivery cannot be made after the item ships. 
 
Delivery Requirements
 
If you require the product to be delivered before or after a specific date, you will need to specify this at the time of order. If you are ordering on-line, please call us toll free at 303-460-7566 to advise the date and we will let you know if it's possible. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments regarding delivery, please place your order over the phone with customer service to ensure all requirements can be met. Delivery requirements must be expressed at the time of order. Delivery requirements cannot be changed once an order is placed.  
 
Storage Fees May Apply
 
If delivery company is unable to reach you to arrange delivery, you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond. Failure to return the call from the freight company will result in expensive delays, which we will be the  responsible of the customer. Advise any members of your family, or persons in your household that it is imperative you receive any messages from freight companies.  
 
Refused Shipments
 
Any cancellation made after product ships or refusal of a product will incur a 25% cancellation & restocking fee. In addition, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. This applies to the actual shipping costs. If you refuse a shipment due to damage and subsequently cancel, you will be charged a cancellation and restocking fee if we are not given the opportunity to replace the damaged product. If a product is received damaged, please call customer service at 303-460-7566 so that we may assess damage and replace or repair the product.
